New Members Must Include Photocopy Samples Of Your Business Card, Voided Contract And Business Registration, along with your payment, within 30 days of your registration date.

All membership rights will be withheld until the National Administration has full receipt (and satisfactory compliance) of the requirement documents and qualifications for membership by the registrant which includes the Application, CONNECT docs, Insurance Proof, Signature Page, Invoice Page and Payment (cheque or direct deposit receipt). All membership fees collected for the current year of this application are non-refundable once the registration process is complete and the list of CDJA benefits have been provided for a member's selection and use during the agreement period. I do hereby certify that I have read and fully understand all the documents and requirements for the Canadian Disc Jockey Association as outlined in this application and within the National website of the CDJA (www.cdja.ca). I promise to operate my business in accordance with the policies, rules and ethics of the CDJA as long as I remain a member. I also agree that any legal disputes against the CDJA will brought exclusively to a court in the Province of Ontario. Submitting this Application permits the CDJA to act responsibly on your company's behalf in the legal realm of business promotions, licensing , insurance matters, privacy policy handlings and any other opportunities that involve the CDJA benefits package. I, the applicant, agree to accept all of the conditions of membership as described in ALL the application processes of the CDJA, such as, but not limited to: 1. The right for the CDJA to acquire and store my information from all registration documents for their use in National applications to help my business promotion. 2. The CDJA Certified Logo has been developed for your Website HOME PAGE. In order to get a reciprocal hyperlink back to your Website, the CDJA applicant must install The Certified Logo (found in the Member Area of the CDJA website) on their Home Page of their website. 3. An Insurance Code Number must be secured every year from National after the membership renewal has been completed. 4. All members must abide by the CDJA Constitution, the Code of Ethics, the Privacy Policy and the Mediation Program. Each of these National Documents is found on the National Website for your examination. Please refer to Article 17 of the CDJA Constitution for other requirements of membership inclusions. 5. All members will secure Liability Insurance (either the CDJA / Erb & Erb Insurance or your own private coverage) and submit proof to the National Office. 6. The CDJA advocates that our members support the CONNECT Licensing program as part of our business honour to support the Music Industry. 7. Provide proof of a Business Card, Voided Contract and Government Business Registration for the CDJA National records. 8. All information that affects your 'on file' records and website hyperlink (by the Webmaster) is the responsibility of the owner of the Applicant Member Company only. Accuracy in the input data must be reviewed and kept updated regularly. Notify National for any assistance. 9. All members must provide for or have access to back-up equipment and/or personnel support for all event emergencies. 10. All renewing members and new members agree to have read and will follow the CDJA Constitution document, Code of Ethics program, Privacy Policy specifics and Mediation processes laid out for all to see on the CDJA National Website. 11. By filling out this Application and submitting my requisite fees, I promise to operate my business in accordance with the policies, rules and ethics of the CDJA as long as I remain a member. I also agree that any legal disputes against the CDJA will brought exclusively to a court in the Province of Ontario. 12. ON Pay 13% for a Total of $339.00
NB, NF, NS & PEI Pays 15% for a Total of $345.00
A Prorated payment is available if you are not registering at the beginning of the year.

Membership renewal is currently at $300.00 + HST or GST (as applicable for your province) for 2023, based on July 1st to June 30th.
